The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is an initiative by Enterprise Singapore launched to help businesses enhance their processes with technology. It provides financial support for business owners to adopt pre-scoped IT solutions, equipment & consultancy services to improve productivity. Here’s a list of what PSG covers. The SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) encourages employers to invest in enterprise transformation and capabilities of their employees. Eligible employers will receive a one-off S$10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives, over and above the support levels of existing schemes.

PSG GRANT ELIGIBILITY

Your Business Should Meet The
Following Criteria:

Is a business entity registered and operating in Singapore

Has at least 30% local shareholding

Company’s Group annual sales turnover should be not more than S$100 million, OR Company’s Group employment size should be no more than 200 employees

Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore

No. Prior to PSG application, applications should not have:

- Made any payment/deposits to the vendor in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment
- Signed any contract with the vendor in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment
Yes, all companies will need to submit the PSG application on their own. No vendor should apply for the grant on the company’s behalf. You may submit your PSG application via the Business Grant Portal.
Applications are processed about 8-12 weeks from the submission of all required information. Due to a large volume of grant applications in Q1 of 2022, applicants should expect a longer processing time than usual. Companies are strongly encouraged to submit their applications ahead of time to account for the longer processing duration.
Yes. For newly incorporated companies (i.e. < 1 year), you may attach other relevant supporting documents such as: to-date unaudited financial statement or management accounts endorsed by company’s shareholder/director stated in ACRA.
If you are deploying the solution to a non-ACRA registered address, please submit one of the following:
- Tenancy agreement for the deployment location.
- Utility bills as proof of occupancy
No. Vendors are strictly not allowed to modify the pre-approved quotation. Any modifications to the quotation or inclusion of non-approved items will result in rejection of the grant application.
Yes. Websentials will be able to add out-of-package modules to your solution. However, do note that the additional costs incurred will not be part of the reimbursable grant as they are not part of the pre-approved package.
The following supporting documents are required for a successful PSG application:

- Purchase order or signed acceptance of quotation/contract
- Invoice - Screenshots showing the company’s name and name of e-commerce solution
- License number(s) of software with minimum one-month usage report
- Receipt or copy of cheque payment
- Bank statement showing the payment
